Joe, who dumped ex Taylor Swift over the phone last month, has been getting cozy with 10,000 BC actress Camilla Belle. Jonas, 19, met Belle, 22, when she starred in his new music video for Lovebug, which was shot Sept. 19.

"They are not public about it, but they've been hanging out with their friends and Joe's brothers," a source tells Usmagazine.com. "They're very private."

Like Swift, who admitted she was a virgin, the source tells Us that Belle is "a really good girl."

"They share a lot of the same characteristics and morals," the source says.

The new couple spent Halloween together. "They're having fun," the source tells Us.

So will they go on double dates with bro Nick Jonas and his squeeze, singer-actress Selena Gomez?

"Camilla likes musicians!" the source tells Us.

Hannah Montana episode scrapped

Hannah Montana's latest checkup resulted in a troubling diagnosis

that ended up scrapping season 3's first episode

The Disney Channel confirmed to E! News that the network scrapped the episode it had intended to open the hit series' third season—an episode titled "No Sugar, Sugar" that features a character (Hannah's pal Oliver) dealing with diabetes. After some initial concerns as to how the disease was portrayed, it was not aired.

According to a network executive, the Disney Channel's Standards and Practices team consulted with medical experts during the script-writing process "to inform the story and be sure it was told responsibly."

"Notwithstanding the measures we took, and based on the episode's preview and early feedback from parents, we removed the episode from Sunday's schedule and are now reevaluating it," the Disney rep said.

"We will await the results of the episode review by a variety of experts and then will make a determination on the episode's future. Most importantly, we listened to those who expressed their concerns and consulted with the creative team (programmers and producers)."

It was then that they chose to pull the Nov. 2 episode, opting to make "He Ain't a Hottie, He's My Brother" the sitcom's season-three premiere instead. Episode No. 2, "Ready, Set, Don't Drive" (Billy Ray's message to the almost-16-year-old Miley, perhaps?) premieres Sunday.

"Still, there is great interest, especially from parents, in seeing the subject of living with diabetes somehow incorporated into our storytelling for kids and families, so we're hopeful we'll do so in the future," added the Disney Channel exec.

And it's not as if the Mouse House doesn't have a handle on the subject matter already. Also on Nov. 2, the Disney Channel aired an installment of Jonas Brothers: Living the Dream that explored how Nick Jonas manages his diabetes both at home and on tour. The 16-year-old JoBro appeared in a PSA afterward in support of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

Nick's Super Sweet 16

We all know Nick Jonas turned 16, but how did he celebrate it?

The Jonas' rented out LA's Dodger Stadium on Thursday night from 10 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. to celebrate Nick's 16th birthday with 15 of their closest friends (I wonder if Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato, or Taylor Swift were on the guest list). So how much do you think this birthday bash cost? According to reports, about $30,000. Just renting the field alone starts at around $25 grand! And since the guys were playing at night, they needed to pay an extra $5,000 to have the stadium lights turned on. If they wanted to eat, food and drinks ran them $500, and if they wanted to pump their own music through the speakers that would have cost them another $500.

Selena Gomez & Taylor Swift want Real-Life Prince Charmings!

Today is the release of Selena Gomez' new Straight-to-DVD movie 'Another Cinderella Story' (be sure to get your copy!) and at the premiere, she and gal-pal Taylor Swift were asked to describe what they look for in their real life 'prince-charming's'.

Selena was the first to respond. "Someone who is honest, someone who can make me smile like no other and somebody I can have fun with," she said [via E! Online] . (Sounds like Nick Jonas!)

Taylor followed with her response. "good hair, quiet confidence, and a great laugh." (Describes Joe Jonas pretty well!)

Based on their responses, we think these girls have already found their 'knight's in skinny jeans' ;) What do you think??

Concert for Hope (Demi Lovato, Jonas Brothers, Miley Cyrus) Recap

Disney Channel teen sensations Demi Lovato, Jonas Brothers, & Miley Cyrus rocked the stage for the Concert for Hope, which was held at the Gibson Ampitheatre last night in Universal City, California.

The first to perform was Demi Lovato, who performed a few songs, including "Don't Forget" and "Party".
