As some of you may already know, Miley Cyrus and her best friend Mandy Jiroux held a contest via their official youtube account (MileyMandy.) The purpose of the contest was for fans to make a short, creative video explaining why people should vote for Miley Cyrus at the Kid's Choice Awards. The details of the contest were explained through this video:
